This guide contains the charts for special hunting "odds" as well as normal hunting "odds". The quotes have been added around "odds" because these really aren't the true odds for finding a 5* guardian. The logic is that more the number of 5* guardians that have a particular shape with the least amount of 3-4* guardians with that same shape , the higher will be your chances of getting a 5*.  Guardian drops are completely random hence there is no proof whatsoever about which the best shape to hunt is.  

Note: The percentages listed here are not your % chance of finding a 5* card. The percentages are the number of 5* cards per given shape.  For example 5 out of the 10 Humanoid shapes (on a special hunt) are 5* cards on Glaverow.  This does not mean you have a 1 in 2 chance of it being a 5* card.  The idea is that bigger the quantity; bigger the chance of success.

The following are the "Odds" charts of both Special Hunting Tickets and Normal Hunting tickets (inclusive of new cards) for all the currently available maps in the Guardian Cross International version.

  

Tips:

• Always hunt for the Bird shadow with a special hunting ticket. You will always get a Phoenix.
• Hunting the humanoid or float shape has the best "odds" for a 5*
• Giant is next best and also has the best 4* possibilities from the chart.

 Tips:

• Avoid the float shape because it will automatically yield you a 4* card (Dullahan) unless it is what you seek.
• Hunt the Giant shadows (the big event giants/warning sign shadows) for a guaranteed 4* card and a good chance to get the event 5*
• Humanoid shadows have the most favorable odds in volcano map for 5* drop

Tips:

• Hunt the Female shadows it has the highest chance of 5* and a guaranteed chance of a 4* card.
• Hunt Float and Bird shadows since they have higher odds for 5* cards.
• Other shadows have regular odds

Tips:

• Hunt Float shadows since they have very high chance of 5* drop
• Wolf shadows have very good odds on the desert map
• Hunt the Female shadows since they have good odds as well
• The remaining shadows have regular odds but humanoid has favorable odds too

Tips:

• Hunt fish shadows for guaranteed 4* and high chance of 5*
• Hunt all float and mermaid shadows for a chance to get Abaddon and Lilith respectively
• Hunt the giant SeaDragon for multiple cards. Takes 8 shots. Health resets after entering the hole.
